With prime locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, PURE’s international team consists of AASFP certified trainers and passionate instructors who lead over 50 types of Group Fitness classes weekly – Les Mills programms, Immersive Cycling THE TRIP™, Pilates, TRX® Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer, Barre, Self-Myofascial Release, various dance classes, and a series of freestyle circuit class options such as Tabata. In addition to our live classes, a vast range of Virtual Fitness classes provide further convenience and flexibility. Complementing these exhilarating fitness experiences are Small Group Training (SGT) available in Singapore, Private Dance/Pilates sessions, workshops and special events with guest teachers from around the globe. In December 2019, we officially launched FUZE – an electrifying new boutique training concept that’s firing up the fitness game with high-voltage programs, personalized coaching and world-first launches.

Always championing innovation in fitness, PURE Fitness launched Innovation Lab in June 2017 – Hong Kong’s first fitness product-testing hub that offers exclusive, sneak-peak access to the latest cutting-edge technology in fitness. As part of offering an extraordinary workout experience across Asia, we curate techie, progressive, functional and fun stuff for the fitness community to engage them in feedback and shape the future of fitness together.
