Curtis is the founding director and head trainer at Flex Fitness Australia. Curtis’ love for being active developed from an early sporting career where he competed at state level in both AFL and Athletics.
Determined to share his wealth of experience, which includes over a decade in the industry and serving as a combat soldier in the Australian Army, Curtis began Flex Fitness Australia in 2016. With a vision to make proven and effective strength and conditioning training accessible to everyone, by creating a supportive and motivating environment, Curtis’ passion shines through in his simple no nonsense approach, and desire that everyone gets the best out of themselves.
Curtis is currently completing a bachelor of exercise and sport science, recently receiving an Executive Dean’s Commendation for excellence in his studies.
Qualifications: Cert III & IV in fitness, Ex ADF combat soldier (AUS Army), Diploma of exercise science (currently completing B.ExSc at Australian Catholic University), CrossFit Level 1 certification, HPC Advanced nutrition certification, blue card, first aid, CPR
